Bliss was wandering the hall of her families penthouse, seemingly lost in her thoughts. Which was true, but it was more just one thought that kept reverberating through her mind Dylan...
That was all that was on her mind these days really. And the torrential downpour outside suited her mood, ans so she'd retreated to the long gallery room her mother called a sun room because it had the best view of the rain.
Another thing that was unsettling her was that today, of all days was suposed to have been Mimi's exectution. Luckily her best friend had been spared once the truth about Kingsley had come out.
Kingsley, even the name made Bliss want to throw something. Sure she'd never actually allowed the guys advances on her to turn into anything, but still! The very fact that she'd been aquanted with the guy, and even close to friends, made her blood boil. How could she have not seen that he was a Truth Seeker?
Walking up to one of the bigger windows facing the street Bliss leaned against the glass paines and watched the rain fall, letting her tears run against the window joining the streams of rain as she thought again of him... Dylan...

The sound of glass shattering rained down hard from a now destroyed window, showering violently onto the flooring nearby. Heavy drapes began to lash out after having snagged a strong gust of wind, each blowing sporadically in various directions, shrouding the window and whatever it was that broke past it in disarray.
Shallow breathing could be heard from a corner near the broken window, evidence that the girl was alone no longer. Swaying back and forth, the curtains eventually parted, revealing a familiar youth hunched between them wearing the same dark red t-shirt and pair of blue jeans he’d last been seen in about a year ago. Each piece soaked from the rain, and his feet bloodied from the glass beneath him.
Sad, hangdog eyes connected with the girl’s as the young man sat there shivering, eyeing her almost in awe. It’d been some time since he’d last seen her this close, close enough to touch, and close enough to feel her warmth once more. His disappearance had definitely kept them apart for far too long.
Lips began to part as if to say something he’d wanted to say for quite some time now, but to his dismay and current dilemma, he couldn’t, not yet. His gaze drifted, glancing out the window before placing back on the other before him. “Bliss, there’s something you must know...”

Bliss had just stepped away from the window and was begingin to walk towards the door when the very same window she'd been leaning against blew apart behind her. As peices of glass flew everywere a few caught her arms, leaving bloody tracks were they'd been.
Screaming out she turned to see what the disturbance was, only to find the curtains being whipped around by the wind, hiding anything from view. But her sensitive hearing picked up the sounds of another person, crouching hidden just behind the curtains.
As the curtains parted the world seemed suspended in slow motion, slowly they parted to reveal to form of the one person she'd prayed and hoped would come back to her... Dylan. As his eyes locked on her she found she couldn't stand anymore, not breaking eye contact she slowly crumpled into a sitting position on the floor, staring.
He was drenched fromt he rain and bloodied by the window shards, but still he was her Dylan. Wearing the same thing she'd last seen him in, her faveorite red shirt, he looked as if he wanted to sya something. As his lips slowly parted Bliss had the urge to rush forward and kiss those perfect lips, to run her hands through that silky dark hair, to make everything that had happened dissapear. If only wishes came true...
Seeing him glance out of the window Bliss still did not take her eyes from his face, how could she have lived without seeing it all these days? Bliss, there's something you must know... Was this it? Was she finally going to know why the one person she thought would never hurt her had dissapeared, never to be seen or heard from again? Still sitting on the floor she could still feel the tears from a few minutes ago, and new ones... she didn't know if they were tears of joy, or sadness...

Hangdog eyes continued to place upon the other as she stared back at him, awaiting the explanation involving his disappearance while sitting there in a state of saddened anticipation. The youth knew the look on her face, even though he hadn’t seen her this way before, he knew exactly what it meant. She was hurting because of him and what he must’ve put her through, he could see it in her eyes.
Ragged breathing soon dissipated, the youth attempting to reclaim himself before going any further. He had so much to tell her, yet he hadn’t known where to start or how much of it she could possibly handle. “Bliss...” he began, his voice but a whisper as he spoke her name. “There’s something you must understand before I tell you... I didn’t choose this, to be the way that I am, to fall so far... I never wanted this and I never meant to hurt you...” It seemed to challenge the youth to say whatever it was he was about to say, to finally reveal what he’s been going through to the one person that he thought might understand.
“I know who the Silver Blood is...” he stated, but was cut off before he could finish by a set of voices sounding after the riled howl of a bloodhound just outside the courtyard. “He went this way! If we don’t hurry, the rain will wash out the scent.” said one. “Check the property, he may be hiding somewhere nearby!” yelled the other as they continued to get even closer.

As Dylans eyes stayed locked on her own Bliss found that she couldn't help but let all of her feelings show, she knew that even if she tried to hide how hurt and sad she was Dylan would still see through her. It had always been this way... so she just let them show full force, hoping to somehow make him understand what she'd gone through.
But it seemed she wasn't the only one trying to convey something, Dylans slow starts to tell her what seemed so important made Bliss feel apprehensive. She didn't like how he was stating all of this... I didn’t choose this, to be the way that I am, to fall so far... I never wanted this and I never meant to hurt you... None of that made Bliss think that whatever had been the reason for his dissapearance was as simple as what some of her worst fears had been durring this time, that he'd found someone new, that he hated her, that he'd used her... no it was all much mor seriouse than that.
But she couldn't bring herself to say anything, to make it easier for him to tell her, for some reason the fact it was so hard for him to made her feel that some of her pain and hurt was being transfered to him. It gave her a grim satisfaction to think that he was at least feeling some of what she'd been living with for the past year.
I know who the Silver Blood is...
Those seven words cut through Bliss' senses like a knife. Suddenly everything seemed hazy and distorted, the sounds of voices and bloodhounds outside the broken window almost seemed to be in a foreign language with the volume turned way down, all her suroundings became hazy and colorless, except Dylans eyes, those eyes were the one thing that stood out in complete focus. And looking into those eyes Bliss sudenly knew what was comming next...
"No! No it's not true.... it can't be..." she whispered, horrified by what she saw in those gorgeouse puppy dog eyes before her.

Dylan’s demeanor remained a calm, collected expression even after hearing the voices just outside. It was disturbing in a way, him just sitting there the way that he was after having broken through a window. Staring back at the other, the youth had already decided on telling Bliss about what he was, given his present situation, but not of what he’d done, sharing so much could only push her further away. There was definitely a reason as to why he was being chased, hunted like an animal or some sort of villain. He’d recently committed an act he would never be proud of even though he’d done it with his own hands. The thirst was just too powerful, he couldn’t resist...
Slowly taking to his feet, Dylan began to pace towards the girl, seemingly unhindered by the broken glass at his feet, stopping just in front of her. “I’m the Silver Blood...” he spoke while standing over her, looking down on her with the same hangdog expression he’d always bore. Truthfully, the youth hadn’t known what to expect from the other or if telling her this was a mistake on his part, further erasing him from her mind. But, the hunters had forced his hand, making him turn to Bliss for help. It was a gamble anyway he saw it.
Taking a knee, Dylan looked the girl right in the eye, hoping she’d understand. “But I’m still me Bliss... I’m still Dylan...” he murmured softly, briefly glancing down before gently taking her hand into his. He calmly lifted her hand to his face, inhaling deeply after brushing it along his own cheek. If by some chance he were to be rejected by the other, Dylan wanted to remember the feel of her touch and the smell of her skin, he wouldn’t forgive himself if he hadn’t. His movements were a relaxing coax, his eyes closing from the soft, sensual feeling of her skin along his own, reminding him of how it used to be. Lips brushed against her wrist without actually forming into a kiss. Such a feeling couldn’t be described, it was like he’d fallen in love all over again.
Hangdog eyes slowly opened, as if the youth were awaken from a dream. “Bliss, take me back... I need you...” he continued, gazing into her eyes.

It threw Bliss off Dylans calm exterior. She could tell he was in turmoil underneath, that there was somethings that he could barely live with and that he wouldn't or couldn't share with her. His eyes told her it all.
As he moved closer to her she felt herself subconsciously shrink from him, something that made her feel sick. This was the one person she loved most in this world, and here she was pulling away from him when she should probably have been running into his arms.
I'm the silverblood...
Bliss would have probably fell over if she hadn't been sitting. As it was she pulled back from him even more, to the point were her back was to the wall. She oculd feel panick bubbling inside her, and a wailing scream forming in her chest and getting caght in her throat.
When he knelt down before her she found that she could barely breathe, was closing her self inwards, sheltering herself from him. How? was all she could think...
“But I’m still me Bliss... I’m still Dylan...”
when he reached for her hand her first instinct was to snatch it from him, to stand and run as far away as she could. But as soon as his fingers made contact with her skin all thougths of running flew from her mind. The feel of his warmth against her skin was like nothing she'd ever experienced. As he brought her hand to his face she found herself leaning forwards now, against every thing she had been taught she was actually leaning towards a silverblood!
As he moved to her wrist her instincts suddenly came to the forefront, only to be pushed back a milisecond later as he said her name again....
“Bliss, take me back... I need you...”
Not knowing how to answer him, and still unsure as to if she should run, Bliss instead gazed back into his eyes. Slowly she brought her hand back up to his face, running her palm slowly over the side of his jaw. She moved her hand so her fingers lazily pushed through his shaggy brown hair. Staring at him hard she felt like a blind person, needing to touch everywhere on his skin to affirm it was truly him. Bringin both of her hands to the sides of his face she ran a thimb over his lower lip, relishing in the familiar feel. Leaning forward slightly she looked hard into his eyes, and she only saw the love she knew was in her eyes reflected back from them. Those deep eyes held the same expresion they'd worn the last time she'd been this close to him, the same emotion. It was indeed still her Dylan that knelt before her.
Still unable to form words she silently nodded her head, never breaking eye contact. ((ooc: sorry it took so long i was gona all weekend and needed a little bit of inspiration first!))

Studying the girls expression after telling her what he was and who he still’ was, he awaited the other to tell him, or show him in some way that she still had feelings for him, and to show him that he was still hers. Hangdog eyes grew even lazier, now partially lidded after feeling the girl’s caressing response, her mere touch brewing both nostalgic and guilty feelings within the youth. Was this right, he questioned himself, to ask so much from her without even considering the consequences involved. Dylan was a Silver Blood, that alone made him dangerous and impossible to trust, even towards himself. Showing his face once more was bad enough, but to ask Bliss to take him back in his time of need and during the situation he’d gotten himself into was purely selfish in nature, and he knew it... Just what was he prepared to put her through...
Dylan’s gaze drifted up, before placing back on the girl. In his mind, he was beckoning for help, needing someone to save him from himself and to make him feel normal again. However, things would never be normal again, not for him, this was who he was now and there was not a damn thing he could do to change that, he could only await helplessly for the emptiness to swallow him whole, a haunting realization he’d known for some time. Moments passed, the youth kneeling there silently as the other stared into his eyes, he never wanted it to end, that alone kept him from leaving.
Knock Knock, sounded the front door, a thunderous pounding erupting on it’s outside, echoing without warning throughout the entire Penthouse. Pushing himself from the floor and taking a step backwards, a chill was sent through the youth, forcing him to his feet. Dylan knew who it was even before the house’s hired help opened the door, he could hear the hounds shrilling, calling his name. Arguments soon followed, the hired help attempting to quiet the men and their dogs who were now trying to enter the house. “Get the hell out of our way... He’s here! That monster, he’s in this house, I know he is!” growled one of the men, his voice shrouded by the others as they squabbled at the front entrance.
Moving cautiously, Dylan stepped to the gallery room’s doorway before peeking around it’s corner with his back against it.

Bliss' almost lazy train of thought was rudely interupted with the pounding on the front door. Seeing Dylan's crazed expression and noticing his quick reaction made her realize it couldn't be something good.
As the front door was opened by the maid Bliss could clearly hear the braying of the hounds and the furiouse arguments of the men attempting to get in. Slowly standing as Dylan moced to the doorway and peared out Bliss' mind worked furiously. Were can i hide him? It's almost impossible... there has to be a way...waite! The secret passage, if it still works...
Moving up beside Dylan Bliss' hand found his. Gently easing up to look through the door as well she saw what seemed to be at least 3 rather large men, who were attempting to reason with the maid, but were quickly loosing their tempers.
As the first of the men unceremoniously threww the maid out of the way the other men piled in behind him, "He's got to be in one of the rooms!" "Careful men, he's dangerouse!" the first one in warned scanning the upper floor. As his gaze neared the gallery room's door Bliss quickly pulled her head back and pulled Dylan with her.
Leading him over to the corner they'd just been sitting at she quickly began runing her hands over the intricate designs, searching for the right star. "Quickly Dylan, start pressing the stars!" she hissed to him.
As she heard the men comming up stairs her search became frantic. Finally as she laid her fingers over one just above her head the wall opened slightly like a door. Grabbing Dylan she forced him inside, jumping in after him she quickly pushed the wall shut soundlessly.
Standing in the passage Bliss was pressed up against Dylan, looking up into his eyes that could only just be seen in the semi-darkness Bliss heard the men come crashing into the room they'd only just left.
"He must have been here boys, the windows completely blown in! Keep searching!" she heard one of the men shout. Then there came sounds of chairs and bookshelfs being overturned. Partially to keep herself from crying out and to silence Dylan, but mostly because being this close to him made her knees go weak and her heart begin to pound Bliss slowly took Dylan's mouth with her own. Holding onto him for dear life as the sounds of her house being turned upside down raged beyond the hidden door.

Glancing to his side, he watched as the girl peeked around the corner alongside him. The youth wondered if she’d realized what was going on, that they were here to find him, a silver blood they had to get rid of because of what he’d recently done. Was he using Bliss in his time of need, or did he honestly come back to be with her... This question remained in his troubled mind, plaguing each and every thought now involving their current situation, it was maddening.
While attempting to look around the corner once more, he was pulled away from the doorway by Bliss. What happened, were they seen spying on them, he’d thought, his breathing increasing slightly, even more when the girl pulled him towards the wall before telling him to press on the stars. Hesitating only for a moment, Dylan paced to her side, pressing each star he could find. “What’s this?” Dylan whispered to himself while taking a step back, a bit surprised at the door being there and opening after she’d touched the right star. Before he knew it, Dylan was pulled once again, but this time into the hidden room behind the wall. It was all happening so fast, he could only think about Bliss and wonder why she was helping him, she knew what he was, he’d told her himself, she had to of known that he'd done something awful to be found out and hunted like this. That's when it dawned on him, he’d do anything for her even if she were the silver blood and he was the blue, he’d be at her side no matter what and she at his.
Dylan’s mind began to wonder, ignoring their situation and the men outside entirely as he stood there with Bliss pressing against him, all he could think about was the girl, and how he felt towards her. There weren’t many left to care about after all. The youths arm found it’s way around the girl’s waist in a firm yet protecting manner as it wrapped around her, his other hand straying carefully to the side of her head before calmly fondling at the long strands of hair, smoothly running his fingers through it’s length.
As lips found their way to his, Dylan didn’t pull away, he began to kiss her instead. The youths lips slowly parted over hers, taking the girls lips into his, tasting them like he used to. “I love you Bliss...” he whispered under his breath, his voice a bit shaky as a single tear placed along his cheek. Him saying those four words meant everything to him at that moment, it was his way in thanking the other for saving him, for taking him back the way he now was. He definitely wanted to be with her now more then ever, he knew this now, there wasn’t a doubt in his mind. He could only hope that she felt the same way about him.

Bliss' mind and heart were both racing as Dylan's arm encircled hers and his hand came to her face. As he kissed her back she was greatful for the arm around her waist as it kept her standing. After going so long with out his kiss Bliss' felt like someone who'd been stranded in the desert finding a well. So she put her hand to the back of his neck deepening the kiss, she felt like she needed to keep kissing him or she'd drown in the emotions that were being stirred up. Part of her wondered at her helping him and taking him back, but a very tiny part. Which was squashed instantly by her overwhelming love for him.
As his lips parted over hers breathing those four preciouse words she could almost feel the tear fall down his cheek fall down her own, she felt so conected with him in that moment she almost felt like they were one. It was an overwhelming feeling. Kissing the tear from his cheek and the unshed ones from his lashes she whispered in his ear, "I love you Dylan"
Pulling back she put her hands to both sides of his face, she felt she had to look at him once more, her mind was still telling her this all had to be a dream, but yet there he was right infront of her. As real as he ever was, and yet so much more. She knew in her heart she would go to the ends of the earth, litterally, to protect him and to be with him. And she wanted to tell him as much, but couldn't figure out how to put it all into words...
